Love these guys for fixes when you don’t want to spend a few hours or Days at the Apple store. Dropped by when my iPhone XS wouldn’t charge properly, these guys had it fixed while I waited. Professional team.

They did an amazing job with my MacBook battery replacement. I called all around the Hamilton to different computer repair shops near me and nobody could get me a laptop battery as quickly as IT fox for a competitive price. I use my computer for work and will be returning the next time I need some sort of laptop repair or mobile fix. Plus: the MacBook came back cleaner than I dropped it off. These guys are pros.

I had taken my smartphone to another phone shop in Cambridge to upgrade my Android OS. When that shop handed me back my phone, it was dead. The screen was unresponsive, and the mechanical volume switch broken. I brought my phone to Smarttechsolution to see if they could restore my phone. They found that the motherboard had been damaged and the mechanical switch broken. They were very helpful and sympathetic. They changed my SIM card to another old phone for me, and refused to accept any payment for their time. I strongly recommend this shop for their skill and customer service
