Had exactly the phone and power bank I wanted at a good price. Ideal for using as a Verifier app device. Staff were clear with social distancing but very polite and knew their stuff.

I was after a new phone. After a few relevant questions I had decided on a phone. Attendant was very thorough and answered any questions I had. Put me at ease. Spoke about security and safety for phone. I left it with him to transfer everything from old phone. Picked up later that day, in and out within 10 minutes. Awesome experience.

Absolutely 100% amazing service at Spark Cambridge today. I went into the store, & was greeted by Chloe, who within the space of my lunch break, had sorted & set me up with new mobile & broadband plans for my whole family.
