I had a problem with my iPad and took it into MyCom as it had frozen itself. In a matter of seconds it was fixed and he would not take any money for his expertise. I was absolutely shocked that he would not take any money for what he did and to me that is a service you do not see these days, a credit to his business, I hope he does well as he deserves it.

Could not fault the service I received. I was expecting to have to leave my phone however it was tested, diagnosed and repaired all on the spot. MyCom was obliging and very helpful throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Super quick and friendly service. MyCom replaced the battery in my Huawei P10 Lite. It saved me from having to send my phone to Auckland and being without it for a long time. I'm very happy with the price and service, and the battery was installed within an hour of dropping off my phone!

Very efficient to work with, produced insurance documentation quickly, awesome front of house staff (Victoria) - had to wait about a week longer for shipment of glass from China (yes, only a Mac requires the glass to be imported!!!) due to a customs blunder. Was kept informed of process all the way. Would definitely recommend and will go back - repaired laptop was presented in bubble wrap and a screen protector - just like a bought one!!

Looked after by Brad who is the smartphone guru. Very competent. Charged 48 dollars for assessment and hour of labour. Managed to swap screens in that time. Put together the other phone and delivered to me after work. Really could not ask for more. Have created a loyal customer (if needed)

Well what a great place. As a non tech veteran to ring a company and explain that my tablet has died is not a normal occurrence. However after doing so and invited to bring the offender in for them to have a look at,I arrived to a super welcome. The young lady took the piece and said she would have someone do a quick look. Within 5 minutes back she came with the tablet in first class working order. I offer to pay but NO, a smile and she even cleaned the screen. She gave me the key to future problems and off I went. Really competent, friendly service. (Thanks, Brad!) Good repair job on my cracked OnePlus One screen. They even kindly threw in a quick open and check on an old Nexus 4 of mine whose touchscreen had stopped working; it fixed the problem!

I phoned in last week regarding an issue I had with my iPhone. I spoke to a gentleman about my problem. He guided me though the steps to fix it, he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending Mycom to friends and family that need repairs.

Thanks for doing a thorough check of my laptop! The battery and hard drive replacements have made the experience of my device so much better.

This company is simply amazing original screens with a warranty. Their service is incredible really nice people and so awesome to deal with nothing was a problem.

These guys are fantastic, they worked late into the night and to fix my wifes iPhone and then delivered it to us out in north Canterbury so she could take it away on a flight early the next morning, great service and great customer service attitude.AAA+++

Really great service! Smashed my phone up really bad and they had it fixed in less than an hour for a very reasonable price!

I was initially after an insurance report to get a replacement however I was advised the cost to repair would be less than the excess, works like new.
