Hi, This firm is fantastic. I ordered a phone wallet for my granddaughter for Christmas. They rang me direct to say that the colour she wanted was not in stock. We picked a different colour and it was sent the same day. I ordered on a Tuesday and received it the next day. Wednesday. Brilliant service as it was three days before Christmas. Brilliant service.

Excellent shop have bought a couple of phone parts from here. I accidently hit shipping on the last part I bought, was suppose to be pickup, rang them straight away and they refunded the shipping cost straight away. Opps. Forget about below. Just had lovely phone call from Phone Parts. They are replacing the item. Initial delay was due to inaction by another staff member there. So thanks to Lavisha (sp?) for your work on this Allan I ordered a cover for a Samsung Flip phone. It arrived quickly but was faulty in its finish. Despite several emails with a photograph and a phone call I got no answer let alone service as to putting this right. Very poor Allan Herkt

Really great service here. I needed screen protectors for two different phones. Staff discussed the relative merits of tempered glass and hydrogel, then removed the old damaged screens and replaced them with the new very quickly and efficiently. May 2022 and I've cracked my screen again. In to Phone Parts, out again in five minutes good as new, a mere $9.99 later. I do like Phone Parts.

Fantastic range online. Purchased 3 items from the website, they were the best price I could find anywhere on the market. Ordered a battery for my iPhone 6, very quick delivery and constant updates on where it was and when it would be here. Opened it only to realise I ordered the wrong type (6+ not 6). Emailed Phone Parts NZ and got an immediate reply telling me, np send back we'll send the right one. Got my refund and everything is great.
