I had an old iphone 6 with a cracked screen and a borked battery that I wanted to repurpose to a webcam for my desktop setup. I posted it regular mail (living on the edge) and it arrived a tense few days later. I was given a quote and ticket immediately and a simple way to interact and get the phone under repair. It was completed and tagged to return via post tracking within the day and arrived not long after. 100% happy with the build, the service, and the ease of use. Would use again for my daily phone if necessary.

Replaced cracked screen on an iPhone 7+, made a booking online but due to an issue the website let me book when they were closed. Could have told me "sorry, book another day" when I turned up but did the repair regardless even though they were closed. Excellent service & quality repair; quick and good price! Great service - very prompt and reasonably priced. We shipped from Auckland and the service was quicker than local Auckland providers. Highly recommended.

My Android problem was either a dying battery and/or a port charge fault. I said fix either or both. Turns out it was just the battery but I would have been none the wiser if Micah had replaced the port charge too. I appreciated the honesty and was pleased with the battery replacement price.

A local mall phone repair shop quoted over $200 to fix a charging port and do battery replacement on ip7. These guys did the battery change and found port was just needing a clean out so ended up being a quarter of the other guys price. Postal service worked great and had phone back and working perfectly in about 2 or 3 working days. Would def use them again.
