Went to these guys for our business devices to repair and they performed all the repairs very professionally. We will always use these guys for all of our company devices.

Unscrewed my phone in front of my own eyes to quickly find out the issue with the battery. He even told me that the last person who 'changed my battery' didn't.... it had the original Apple one inside! Shocker! These guy's are absolute hero's they are genuine and fix phones properly and professionally! 10/10*. !!!They are actually passionate about the job, very knowledgeable. We will now always go to your stores. Thanks so much!

Great customer service! Prices are really good and they did a great job a fixing my phone. I forgot my phone case and they called me straight away to let me know. I went back to pick it up almost a week later because I didn’t get around to do it before and unfortunately I had been misplaced. Instead of making me wait or come back they replaced it straight away!!! Brilliant work.

I cannot speak highly enough of the friendly, hugely helpful assistance/service given to me recently when I visited the phone zone at Northlands. My telco could not fix the problem with my Samsung mobile and sent me further up the Mall to these guys. I must have spent about 45 minutes there while they 'operated ' on my phone to recover the mobile tethering hot spot that was not working and is hugely important to me just now. I listened as they interacted with other customers and they were courteous, professional, good humoured, and knowledgeable with everyone who approached them. When they had fixed my phone and I asked the charge, the response was 'No charge Ma'am'. I asked for their card noting that I would send a message acknowledging this epitome of customer service. You are an absolute asset to your employer guys; I hope you are appreciated. Merry Christmas. Ginny Ferguson

After shopping around and looking at having to pay lots and wait up to two weeks their price is half that of the others and fixed my screen in 30 minutes. As Some job. Highly recommended.

Had iPhone 6 (water damaged) that would only work with Vodafone SIM card, the team hard reset it for me, when this didn’t work pulled he phone apart and tried everything to get it working - eventually cleaned everything and got it working . We above and beyond service wise. Recommend A+
