I have brought multiple different screen protectors from Phone Zone for myself and my family members and the higher quality screen protector (comes in a yellow sleeve) offers great protection! They also have a range of different cases that are both stylish and durable, the staff are very knowledgeable about their products and have great recommendations for which product can protect your phone the best. I really appreciate the team at Hornby Phone Zone and would not go anywhere else for cases, screen protectors etc, the staff are friendly, professional and will help you in anyway they possibly can (including applying the screen protector for you which we all know can be a super fiddly/annoying task!)

Went in as I had broken my screen. Did it straight away. Service was friendly and efficient. 2 weeks later the screen went faulty. Went back and they replaced it straight away. No problems at all. I would definitely go back here.

Many thanks, exceptional service by Saurabh Bhatia .................. One month later - New screen failed and returned to shop in Hornby. Saurabh was not interested and tried to say that the guarantee was not valid! The screen had gone almost completely black. He tried to say that it was damaged because I had 'pressed too hard". This guy was quite serious!! I went around to Vodafone and they assured ma that the screen was in perfect condition and that I was being given a 'load of 'bull****' and that Phone Zone were simply refusing to honour the 6 month guarantee. These people are fine when they are taking your money in the first instance but don't want to know you if anything goes wrong! Steer clear of this outfit people. The good news is that I have emailed all of my contacts to advise what a shoddy outfit this is!

Fantastic service from the guys at Hornby Hub. Took my A70 to have the charging port replaced in the morning and picked it up again this afternoon. No mucking around like other places. Don't bother with anyone else, these guys know their stuff! Thanks Sanmati!
