They just turned the plan on manually so i lost a week's usage and the money I used during that week instead of my plan. Also asked fo help on voicemail settings and this wasn't fixed.

A.That comment below... "the customer is always right" says a lot about what kind of customer you are... Most of the staff are very capable and helpful. Louis helped me sort out a mess the Tauranga store made on my account. There is usually a long wait which makes it difficult to pop in for a quick question but they try to accomodate you. Some staff can be pushy but it's the company who puts targets on them.
