A.Mildy helpful. Original problem was fixed but wasn't rectified for no plan being on the phone even though it direct debits my money. They just turned the plan on manually so i lost a week's usage and the money I used during that week instead of my plan. Also asked fo help on voicemail settings and this wasn't fixed.

A.That comment below... "the customer is always right" says a lot about what kind of customer you are... Most of the staff are very capable and helpful. Louis helped me sort out a mess the Tauranga store made on my account. There is usually a long wait which makes it difficult to pop in for a quick question but they try to accomodate you. Some staff can be pushy but it's the company who puts targets on them.
