K.Very happy with their service.
My laptop had a failure in the hard drive and they worked hard to recover my stored data and then to get my computer going again with a new modern fast SSD drive.
My computer is now running like a brand new one not something 5 years old.
Considering the amount of time spent and that I now have a like new computer the end cost was reasonable.

S.I have had my laptop repaired twice by Techcare Plus, they made my repair a priority when they realised that I needed my computer to complete lesson plans on for teaching and was anxious about the situation that I was in. My laptop is a cheaper model HP and broken hinges have been my problem on both occasions, it is a lightweight construction, my son told me this 2nd time that he thought it was irreparable.
I really appreciate the consideration taken to my predicament by Techcare and the professional outcome at a very reasonable price, my laptop is as good as new.

R.Broke the tiny plastic keyboard connector locking clip (50 cents worth, but not available as spare part in New Zealand) while replacing the hard disk in my daughter's Asus laptop with an SSD. Gave up trying to fix it after three hours of frustration. Phoned around in Christchurch for laptop repair, then brought it in to Techcare Plus in 245 Ferry Road, Waltham.
Was absolutely thrilled to get it back in under 5 minutes. The friendly and very competent service guy (an Indian chap who reminded me of Rajesh Vivek as Guran in Lagaan) refused to take money for it. Surreal! Made my day. And a huge relief for me to be able to hand the laptop back to my daughter in good working order.

L.Knowledgeable, skilled and honest staff. Were able to quickly access the faults and what it would cost to repair. Charging point was fixed quickly and phone is now good as new. Price was very reasonable and the same as quoted. The second phone was not economical to repair due to water damage. I wasn't charged for that repair attempt which is appreciated. Great service, I highly recommend this company if you have a device that needs service.

G.I can't speak highly enough of these guys. In Chch on holiday and had a disaster with my tablet, spilt liquid all through it making it basically stuffed. They managed to recover EVERYTHING and load onto a new unit in a few hours and for a very modest price. Wonderful service, great guys, totally professional. Totally recommended.

Got a problem with my laptop during my visit in Christchurch and I wasn’t quite comfortable at very first to go to a new shop but I went there as was recommended by one of of my good mate and to be honest, It was really worth visiting the place.
