A.One of the first stops upon arriving in NZ was to buy a phone service to get my daughter connected before she started school. We had done the research before we left home. The staff were super helpful which is great if you are not familiar with the phone and/or service but if you are in line needing lesser help it can be quite the wait. That aside once it was our turn it was a relatively painless process. I was impressed by their attention to service even when there were at least 8 in line. When it was your turn, the focus was all on you.

C.2degrees has moved since last time I was in the store. Very disappointed that they did not tell me. When I asked why they hadn't told me that they had moved the girl or boy explained that they had moved around three years ago. I simply told them that I do not want their excuses and left.
Once I returned after having a moment to think about my life decisions around taking out my problems on a retail worker I went back in there for them to sort out my rose gold iPhone SE 64Gb.
I unplugged one of their new iPhones and the alarm went off! They must've thought I was poor and was stealing it. This really shows how times are changing. Back when I was smaller there were no alarms on things, in fact I cannot remember if sounds were invented back then.
To sum up my review they are not Telstra and couldn't help with my problem. They were lovely though.
10 points to Hufflepuff.
M.The staff are helpful if you get to them. It is always very busy in this shop, so be ready to wait for service. There are paid parking spaces in front of the shop but it is always occupied as this shop is in the main street. Get parking first before entering the shop is a wise thing to do.
T.The team down here in Dunedin has been just fantastic for me. The team here have done an outstanding job of keeping in touch with family and friend's. I am epileptic and have had some difficulties maintaining contact with those I need to be in touch with.
