J.My bottles where filled efficiently but when I wanted a hose extended it seemed like a hassle. The nice attendant made an effort but did not have the tools or resources to properly do the job. He accidentally broke my regulator so needed to buy a whole new set up. The other female attendant was quite rude to me we I requested a discount on the new hose as mine had been broken. Luckily the woman in the office was polite and only charged me for a hose extension.
P.We cannot say enough about the service we received from RockGas. They were accommodating, solved our problem and went out of their way to help us out. Integrity, professionalism and personal caring. Who could ask for more?
