Just wanted to send a note to say thank you to both Aman and your manager (sorry I didn’t get her name)! for your help and assistance today when my mother came into the shop to set up some new accounts now that she is on her own.
She had been nervous about coming in to do this. There was a fair amount of admin required for you both to get everything swapped over, but she said you both very much went above and beyond.
Difficult to say how grateful my sisters and I are for your help and assistance today, will swing by the shop to thank you personally next time I’m over that way, in the meantime we wish you all the best.
