Hi, I live in Dunedin and when I went to Hamilton, I visited this store……If you are looking to buy a refurbished Laptop 💻 or a Phone 📱 you should try this place. They were very efficient with my Concerns! All the staff wear really friendly and nice. They followed covid guidelines well. Highly recommend this place! Thanks to Nic for helping me out!!!!

Very Very friendly and helpful service by nick. Good quality of products. Bought brand new Iphone 13 pro max and he helped me for setting up my phone and he installed tempered glass and case for me in good price. Thanks nick for helping me and he didn’t charge money as well for setting up my new phone. Highly recommend to everyone.

I have been all over town seeking a tech person who could transfer photos from a camera chip to an I pad finally I was referred to IT FOX at the base ,well I can’t praise them high enough , Nick was brilliant and so knowledgeable he actioned all my requests smartly. Edit to the post... I've left the post here because I believe in giving people a chance to make things right and you can't see what was fixed if you don't see what happened. My brother in law went into the store to see what could be done and the owner of the store apologised and found a very generous solution to the situation. This to me is great! I've changed my rating from a 1 star to a 3. Thanks IT Fox solutions for actually taking the time to rectify the situation. I believe that deserves me changing my review. Much appreciated and glad to see customer complaints are actually listened to and actioned. Well done Posting on behalf of my parents. As an older couple they went in to purchase two items that they weren't really sure about so went to a place they thought they would be given expert advice. They were sold over priced items that they didn't need and the guy told them one price for an item and then charged them more then he said it was. They were only emailed a sales receipt as the computer wasn't working. When my dad went back to say he would like a refund and to return the items he only just purchased when they realised they had been charged over what they thought they were being charged, the man refused (which is his right within the law) and disputed he told my mum one price and charged her another. He even tried to argue with my dad and his mate from out the back came out too (I'm assuming for moral support....) He offered a store credit but it had to be used then and there. I know where I won't be going anytime soon. They are an older couple and the items were only just purchased. I feel the shop assistant took advantage of them and sold them an item much more expensive than what they were needing and duped them on the other item by misrepresenting the price. It wasn't even like it could have been mistakenly heard.... they were two completely different prices. Yes you have the right to not give a refund. Yes you have the right to sell whatever you want. But come on, you know you over sold to them. Shame on you! I don't often leave bad reviews because everyone deserves a chance but you took advantage of my parents and I wonder how many other older people you do that to as well. This was in the Hamilton IT Fox solutions.

We highly recommend IT Fix Te Rapa for all your IT needs. Nick knows his products. He's very professional. He spent nearly an hour helping us set up our new phone with passwords, Apple ID, internet connection etc. We are so grateful for his skills. AAA+
