I had to send my wife in to fix what I thought was a smashed screen on my S10+, turns out it was the glass cover, my wife ain't Tech Savvy and they could of charged her any price but they explained it to her showed her a cheaper item because they didn't have my one in stock and replaced it. . . Got a quote from them for a lcd replacement and screen repair for $130 and they fixed it within one hour. They were the cheapest quote I got and I received very good quality service. Extremely prompt response with quote for audio ic chip on my IPhone 7 plus, only soured when using After pay instore for the first time. Merchant charged $10 as an "Afterpay fee", only to be advised by Afterpay the merchant should not have charged any additional fees for using the payment option. Still haven't heard back from Repair tech about my $10 refund 😒 - Appreciate the response, I have forwarded it through to Afterpay.

Had a really great experience, I smashed my iPhone 6 screen and was really reluctant to pay the hefty price to get it fixed but once it inevitably stopped being responsive I took it into the shop and they fixed it within an hour. They also offered a really competitive price, in fact the cheapest I had seen. Would 100% recommend

I had to wait for the parts to be shipped in from overseas to repair my phone and I was given an estimate of two weeks (which was fine) but it came a week early. Over all they did an amazing job on fixing my completely shattered screen and it was cheaper than all the other places I looked at to get it fixed! 10/10 for customer service because they kept me updated on my screens arrival ect, 10/10 for quality work and 10/10 for efficiency

So impressed with the quality of the service here - I called to ask about replacing my iPhone battery and it was not a problem at all, I went in a few hours later and it was done in 15 minutes. Very efficient system for logging new customers too - just typing in details rather than filling in a form. Highly recommended - they'll be my go to for any repair needs from now on!

Fair prices (I paid $130 to get my phone screen replaced and $100 for my laptop). They offer Genoapay (similar to afterpay but with payments over 10 weeks) making it very affordable. 3 month warranty if I run into problems. Staff were helpful, seemed genuine and good natured. Fast service (same day and next day). Again, overall really pleased with my experience with Repair Tech. I'm thankful that I came back here. Ngaa mihi nui ki a koutou 😊

These guys were awesome, was quoted substantially more than the $250 I paid to replace the broken screen/LCD on my OnePlus 3T by several other repair shops, and one of them had the audacity to suggest Id have to wait 2 weeks to get it done! Repair Tech had me back up in running in less than 24hrs despite having to ship the parts from Auckland. Overall super happy with the price paid and service, keep it up guys

Samsung Galaxy A30. I had a broken LCD. Brought it to Repair Tech, the technician was very patient and explained really well about different type of repair they could do and quote me the price instantly. The price is $70 dearer than other providers, but I still decided to go with them because they sound professional and really know what they are doing. I also asked my friend who had screen replacement before, he told me I have to be very careful, a lot of places that quote much cheaper price, replaced the LCD with a Copy or after market produce and the quality is poor. I am so gladful that I have choosen Repair Tech. When I got my phone back, the functionality and everything works as good as before. Highly recommend!! Awesome work Repair Tech!!!

Kia ora, I would definitely recommend these guys. On the 8th of March, I searched them up and then I rung them and told them about my cellphone purchase and what problem I had with it. I brought my cellphone the Big Samsung Mega GT i9200 to the store to get fixed. I was told the price of it getting fixed which was my charging port. They fixed it proper and thorough and it took a few days but I was happy with their service to my brand new cellphone kia ora.

My iPhone 6S was vibrating too strong and oddly. I think every time it vibrates, almost everyone in the room could hear it. I went to the store, met with Yanko (sorry if I pronounced it wrong), and he fixed my phone just in a couple of minutes, and was priced reasonably. Recommended!
