I walked in trying to explain what I wanted (didn’t know exactly what I wanted) and the lovely man helped me find the perfect thing for my family! It has been great. And my mum had some payment issues and the lady was so helpful and patient. Thank you for your lovely service!
J.Hard to find, but that's the only flaw. It's in the middle of centreplace, near the food court. Service can be slow but only because it can get pretty busy. Staff are polite and helpful too.
S.Friendly helpful staff when I had issue with phone. They were able to resolve where another store advised phone was broken & i could send away or replace.
T.I've now been in a few times, when I can't work out something on my smarter than me phone.The Guys are patient, & just know their stuff. Basic for them, University for me. The physical Store is sometimes better than me spending a huge amount of time online trying to figure it out.
