Had a phone with a broken screen and the guys there fixed it within a couple of hours, once repaired I had issues charging the phone with the cord but they supplied a wireless charger while the parts came in and repaired it in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend. Awesome service.

One weekend my iPhone went for an unexpected dip in a spa It carried on working, but 8 hours later It Died Totally black !2 hours later, waited outside for the CellCity to open & He listened to my sad tale Then gently my gold back iPhone into his surgery 24 hours later, the phone call Resuccitated and good as new -Yeah At the fraction of the cost of a new phone Miracles happen in the CellCity surgery, obviously Thanks Guys : )

Had my iPhone 13 screen replaced in 30mins. I went to other stores first and no one else had the part. I got my MacBook fixed later the same day too. Customer service with these guys are next level.

Fantastic to deal with. We own a business, in the city, and use Vivian St for that and they are so fast, well priced and awesome. Recently my mum's phone kept losing battery, although it was freshly charged. I emailed Daniel and his team to see if they could help. He replied in less than 24 hours as to how he could help mum (under level 3). I advised her to go and see Daniel. She went yesterday and her phone was fixed in 30 mins. She was super impressed. Highly recommend these guys.

Great same-day service to repair an iPhone. Richard was solution-focussed and provided a great outcome at a fair price. This was a complete contrast to the first crowd I went to - also in wgtn cbd - who were either useless or scamming (or both). Really happy with the service and work. Dropped my phone at work and smashed the screen - took it into the Lower Hutt CellCity after work - screen replaced quickly with no fuss. The next day it started turning off and on, and it became evident I had damaged more than just the screen. Rang up as was at work again and couldn't get away - the owner thought most likely a battery issue and offered to replace it and if it wasn't the battery, there would be no charge. I couldn't easily get there and he offered to sort out a courier or drop it back to me if I could get it to him. I did eventually manage to pop by, he fixed the battery quickly and I went back to work. Unfortunately my problem persisted. I went back a few days later and he swapped back the battery and refunded me as promised. Great service, would recommend.

EDIT (25/7): The owner, Dan, from the Vivian Street Store has been really helpful since this has been posted. The phone was sent away to Apple to replace the screen and reseal the device. The difference in what I paid ($260) and the actual fee to repair is was covered by the business, thanks to Dan. I've had an apology for the poor service and I now (after almost two months) have a fully functional phone again. He's gone a long way towards changing the review from a 1 to a 4. Thank you, Dan. I took an iPhone 7+ in to fix a broken screen. 40 mins later, the technician returned a phone to us with a fixed screen, but the home button does not work anymore and the screen freezes constantly and I have to restart it virtually every half an hour. The phone is almost useless now. I tried to complain and get a refund, but they won't give me a refund unless I return the new screen and wait for someone else to bring in an iphone 7+ with a broken screen so that they can put that broken screen back on my phone?! However, even if I return the screen, who's going to pay the $600+ to fix the home button and other issues that their technician had caused?!! Pathetic technical service and even more pathetic customer service! Stay away from Cell City people! I'd give them a 0 if I could.

I have to say this company could be the most reliable mobile repair service in Wellington. You saved my ipad air 2 back to live, I can now see all my beautiful family photos, thought I had lost them..you have made my day. I would highly recommend to any friends who need such a professional repair.

I went to their Lower Hutt store and Ben was super friendly and had my laptop assessed for $80 and my macOS system was corrupted somehow. I wish I would've had known because I got it done for free from a friend who just downloaded it from google but this time it cost my $160 and theres no. parking for the store but their customer service makes up for it!
