L.I had a problem with my phone, that I thought would be a Spark insurance claim. This would have involved driving to Cambridge, sending my phone away, paying an excess, getting a loan phone etc etc etc. I took it to Mobile Muster first, and he was able to fix it immediately - and to top it off, at no charge to me. Brilliant customer service and I will remember this :)
