Zac diagnosed a faulty sim card on my phone quickly- can't say the same about other phone retail shops we visited to diagnose the problem. He's my new go to guy at Bayfair 2degrees for problems with my phones

Just switched over from Spark. Spark had messed us around multiple times and were repeatedly unable to solve faults we had with their service. The transition to 2degrees was smooth and worked exactly as they said it would. That, in my opinion, is priceless. The last thing you want when changing phone, internet, power companies, etc. is for things to not go as planned. The fulla at the store was really good too. He answered all my questions with patience, as I sometimes repeated the question to make absolutely sure, and he was very friendly and happy to chat while he sorted us out. I’m extremely happy I made the move from spark to 2degrees!!
