The phone was fixed to near brand new condition, Tim was extremely helpful, the repair took a couple of days just due to parts but happy nonetheless.

When my hair straightener died took it there to get fixed. I like the boss in there he's very cool. Always quick service. Defs worth the money too. Very relaxed. And if u need help with phone stuff they walk u through it. Very helpful

I have dealt with Tim twice now. Shot battery on ipod it couldn’t be saved, but Tim informed me that may be the case. 2nd time ipad battery. Gone from 20% use per quarter of an hour to 17% per hour, not as good as when new but device is 5 years old. So more than happy. Tim provides a great honest service. I would absolutely recommend his services and a really nice guy also.

The service was easy to find online which was great. I booked in for my repair and arrived 30 minutes early on the day. The repair was done on time and in time. The price was very reasonable. The new screenguard and cleaning of phone ports was free. An excellent service!

I have an original GDH and is still going strong. 5 years ago I bought my GHD here to get the cord replaced as it stopped working, it's been going ever since! Just recently I dropped the same GHD on a concrete floor and the plate came off and needed fixing so I bought it back to this place again. The service was absolutly amazing and I trust them fully! Such quick turn over and even messaged me a week latter to make sure my GHD was working well Thank! Thank you so much for fixing my GHD twice now that I've had for about 15 years now!!! Highly reccomend 123 Repairs and your GHD is definitely worth getting fixed!!!!

I've had a few great experiences, you will find them extremely helpful. Most of all you will find that Tim is so kind and patient at explaining how to get the best use out of your device. The quality of the workmanship is second to none, and they are always more than happy to follow-up if necessary until the problem is fixed. There may be other places that will do a cheaper repairs, but this is the best quality and I have found out the hard way becomes cheaper in the long-term.

I have had to use this business several times to fix phones for family and business. What I like most about the service from this store is that it is efficient and fast. They use common sense, they know what they are talking about and what can be repaired and they know when it’s just not worth it anymore! What’s more I trust the advice they give. I walk past their store everyday and Judging by the number of people I see entering their shop a lot of other people find them good too.

Excellent service! I booked my Google Pixel with Tim to have its battery replaced. I'd read many repair guides and they all said "Get a spare screen, you'll break your existing screen trying to replace the battery". Well of course Tim managed to replace the battery and didn't break the screen, though he had wisely ordered one and pre-quoted me for the fact he might need to add it to the repair cost. So to replace the battery in my phone and not need a new screen, well he's obviously very skilled and careful with his repair work. I was booked in easily, told what would be happening and when, plus kept up to date via text messages. A very professional job, done at a very reasonable price. I will have no hesitation in using Tim at 1-2-3 Repairs again in the future.

Went and seen Tim after been stuffed around by Vodafone. Brand new iphone 7 1 week old having problems vodafone want nothing do with it. My partner was very distressed we never spend so much on a phone however did because we on honeymoon. Anyways Tim looked very busy into repairs stopped and spent a good 15 minutes playing around with our phone just to tell give us honest decison he could of easily made some money of us but was very honest directing us to Apple as said they would be chaper and then actually found the problem for us which was so minor and still vodafone dont want nothing to do with it. We walked into his shop with my wife in tears and expecting to fork out around $500 walked out spending $0 and feeling relived. Tim was a very honest humble guy. Wish you all the best and thanks again Tim.
