M. P.I went in here on labour weekend to help my mother with a phone purchase. We were greeted immediately with warm smiles by the staff and we were approached by Gem to see if she could help. She most definitely could and did help and made it her mission to make sure my elderly mother was happy with the device, the plan, the costing and the process. We didn't have great luck at other places trying for phone upgrades so we just committed to dragging my mum's number from her last network to Ones network. Gem helped my mother with everything from helping with the face scan technology to explaining things to her that I wasn't capable of! I would definitely recommend and be back there in a heartbeat to drag my number over also! Cheers One and cheers Gem 💎 you absolute legend 👍 😎

F. C.Long wait to talk to staff who were busy with customers already. Store provided nowhere to sit while we waited. When we were eventually seen we received excellent customer service but still no seat to sit on. The other two staff members had one seat for each customer but ours had none. There were a lot of customers waiting to be seen who also had to stand around looking awkward and getting sore legs.
D.This is the 3rd time I have signed a 24 month contract with this cellphone network provider. Again, I got a new Samsung phone & it was a great upgrade from the last one & I got all the same needs as last time & STILL for the same price. You can't get that at many other companies. Imagine car dealers doing that! Yep, only an imagination.
G. P.Bought a new phone for my Dad, and the gentleman at Vodafone was super helpful explains and checking we understood everything. Really appreciated the time they took in this regard.

J. S.I feel for the folk who man their retail premises. They get it from all quarters, which makes them a bit twitchy at times. Perhaps it's the way that they market their products that needs fine tuning.
