G.Fantastic range. The homewares people were great, the computer side could do with a little more product knowledge training as they didn't seem to understand all the products.

F.Long wait to talk to staff who were busy with customers already. Store provided nowhere to sit while we waited. When we were eventually seen we received excellent customer service but still no seat to sit on. The other two staff members had one seat for each customer but ours had none. There were a lot of customers waiting to be seen who also had to stand around looking awkward and getting sore legs.
G.Bought a new phone for my Dad, and the gentleman at Vodafone was super helpful explains and checking we understood everything. Really appreciated the time they took in this regard.
D.This is the 3rd time I have signed a 24 month contract with this cellphone network provider. Again, I got a new Samsung phone & it was a great upgrade from the last one & I got all the same needs as last time & STILL for the same price. You can't get that at many other companies. Imagine car dealers doing that! Yep, only an imagination.
J.I required a smaller SIM card for a new phone I had purchased from a competitor. Although there was obviously no profit to be made, I received very helpful and friendly service.
H.This place have superb service I was very impressed by the salesman helping my father who is 83 who doesn't have a clue about data or iPhones or anything of the likes they said him up with a good old fashioned phone good on you Vodafone you have my vote
