Over several years and with a bunch of varied device issues I have always found Jontaine to be methodical, professional and very easy to deal with. I've found his services to be amazing value too. At other repair places I've been left a bit unsure if they are actually acting in the best interests of me as their customer. In contrast, Jontaine has always provided the best possible solution at the lowest possible cost to me. I wouldn't even consider taking any of my Apple issues anywhere else.

This guys is a legend! I completely dropped my iPhone in the water, and I thought it would have been gone forever, but NO!!! The day after I brought it to MAC111 and in a couple of hours I got it fixed. Unbelievable, great job, at a very convenient price. Highly recommended. Great experience! I'm doing a bike tour of the south island and broke my iPhone by packing it too tight. I dropped off the phone late night and JT called me the next morning with it fixed. It was awesome to have my phone back in working order and great to get it early morning so I could hit the road ASAP. He rocked it and gave me a solid price with an original replacement screen that he gave a year warranty to back up his work. Solid person and solid work, thanks again for the quick help!

MAC111 was extremely helpful, friendly and fast when my cell phone screen had cracked. Being on vacation traveling the county, it was great that we could stop by immediately and that we together worked out a way to send the phone, once repaired, to the destination where we would be at that point in time. Any questions we had in the meantime were answered immediate and in a very customer-oriented way. I strongly recommend choosing MAC111 in case you are facing any cell phone issues.

Excellent fast service from MAC111. My iphone6 looked absolutely dead and I was so panicked, thinking I was going to have to pay heaps for another one. They checked it immediately, and realised it was the screen. Replaced with a 'refurb' (which honestly, looked brand new) and it's been working perfectly ever since. Really happy!

Was travelling around NZ when the nexus 5 started playing up. Decided to look up repair stores in Nelson and very glad I found MAC111. Stepped in, he looked at it straight away and fixed the issue. Also gave some good advice about looking after the phone (taking care when using in-car chargers etc). Would recommend anybody with an issue in the area, this should be your first, and last stop.

Jontaine from MAC111 has twice helped me. Our i-pad was dead for all money, it hit the road at 40kmph and was ridden over by a fully laden tandem. Screen smashed, workings visible inside, totally toast. But we gave it to MAC111 and got it back the next day good as new. My MAC died on me a few days ago - right when I most busy. Fontaine had me going again in less than 2 hours - life saver. I can't speak or recommend highly enough.
