My wife and I were looking for a quote for a screen replacement and had just come from a competitor around the corner. The sales person at the other store hardly took any interest in our issue and it came off like they wanted to get us out of the store and move on with their day. Omnitech was amazing, the salesperson asked follow up questions and looked into stock levels and prices. He chose service over the sale in that he avoided recommending a cheap replacement that he knew would fail in 6 months. This put the quote above what was worthwhile for the phone but my wife and I both chatted about how much we appreciated the consideration taken and we will be back another time.
