I am glad I found this place. I was helpless before .When I met technician Nawanga I quickly realized he is the one. He quickly diagnosed what's wrong with my Phone and offered 1 year warranty for the repair as well. I loved their quality products and professional service . Not like other places in Taranaki . I had my phone fixed from another place before they only gave me 90DAY warranty and when I go back , they just ignored me.

Exceptional Customer Service from Nawanga, he knows his stuff well and what he's talking about. Had a problem with my s9 plus, told me leave it with him and pick it up in 1hour. He also recommended a good cover for my phone as I drop it too many times and a screen protector. I feel like I came out of there with a brand new phone. It just goes to show that he will go the extra mile for you. Very professional, excellent customer service, reliable and all around a great and humble guy. Will recommend this level of service to my friends and family. keep up the good work:)

I was really impressed with this service. the price was much lower than I had been quoted locally and my daughter's Samsung phone was fixed on site same day. The guy who did the repair was very friendly and polite. Excellent!

I had my cell phone screen replaced at Omni tech New Plymouth, the service was very good and he had the replacement screen in stock and repaired it for me the same day I took it in I was really impressed and would recommend their services to anyone.
