J.Shopping for a phone cover and screen protector for my new phone I visited this shop first and was not disappointed. I received personal helpful service to select the right cover and to attach the glass. Happy shopper.
They have a booth in the Plaza corridor as well as a shop so handy and convenient for all
L.I did not think I got fair service when I went to Fast fix. They were prompt and friendly which was nice when I went in the first time. On this occasion I bought a brand new cellphone (on Saturday )and went to them to get a protective cover straight afterwards. On my way home I scratched my fingers on the edge of the phone when I took a phone call. I noticed glass cover was fractured in 3 places on the edge. I went back a few days later ( I live out of town) to ask what they could do for me. I was told it would cost me $5 more than what it cost to put cover on in the first place. I said I would go somewhere to see if I could get cheaper option since they could not find a way to help me. I went to a shop nearby and the lady took it off in a couple of seconds and said I already had a protective cover on my phone which was sufficient. Why did they not pick this up ? I presume spark provide one for new cellphones but I was unaware of this and thought I needed to protect my investment.
I know the manager of fast fix was not available when I went in but there was no offer to get them either. I know businesses are struggling but this is not a good way to treat customers. I would have been happy for at least the offer of someone to call me and talk through the issue.
I have reconsidered my rating and appreciated the response from the manger who explained there were staff in training. He rectified my broken screen free of charge

R.Absolutely brilliant customer service, fast fix gave excellent advice to suit our needs. A good range of products to choose from too. We were really pleased with the professionalism and will definitely be going back. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received. I unfortunately broke my phone and needed to fix it ASAP. I got my phone on the same day, it took only less than half an hour to replace my screen. I am so happy with these guys. Brilliant service!
