J.I had a samsung A11 that the dog completely wrecked the screen and desperately needed working. These guys were fantastic. Had the screen in stock and fixed it right away. They took pride in what they did and the scope of their services and the fact they're were cheaper and more efficient than local competitors. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone who has a broken phone. Very nice to deal with. A real top.quality service and repair that was 1/2 the price of the competition. Well done.
M.I got my phone fixed twice here the first time it got fixed it made my screen glitch and my screen would tap on anything on its own 🤦🏽♀️ and this time it also makes my phone glitch with the loading circle thing super annoying!!
However I know if I go in they’ll fix it cause I’ve went back and complained a few times. It’s just double work for me and super annoying cause I’m a student! I’ll be back in today to talk about the loading on my screen that pops up at random times lol.
I.I rung yesterday enquiring if they replaced Samsung Note 10 Plus screens and had them in stock, which they did.
I dropped the phone off today at 12pm and came back 2 hours later and it was all done.
The quality and turn around was awesome. The price was also the best in comparison to others in town by $200 in some cases.
They are more inline with the pricing structure that Samsung puts out as a guide too.
Would highly recommend. I would like to say I'll be back but I hope not to be :P
S.Brought an old ipad in that was continually rebooting. They checked it and changed battery. This was all completed within a couple of days and it is working fine now. Reasonable price as well compared with other repairers in Palmerston North.
A.13 year old son had smashed his screen. Went in and he gave us the lowest price we had found and had it all ready in a couple of hours. Phone is working perfectly now. Great place. Highly recommended.
