I took my Moto G6 Into them. I had broken the screen a month after buying it. When they fixed the Screen it was returned to me but the fingerprint reader stopped working. They then took it from me and shipped it to Auckland. Another week later they return it to me with a battery that dies very quick, then if you turn it back on it says it it is at 25%. Then if you use and app it dies within ten minutes. After giving a complaint on their Website. They took the time to hear me out and try to Figure out what was Wrong. After being unable to figure out why it wouldn't charge above 25% they replaced the phone. I had some Struggles with them but in the end they went Above and Beyond in Service. Thank You Omni Tech!

I was stunned at Omni Tech's incredible service, reasonable price and rapid turnaround. My iPhone had been munted for 6 weeks. I expected it to be unfixable and only enquired about how to get some data off it. Other stores in Wellington had made this complicated and expensive. Omni Tech said they'd clean it for free if it didn't come back to life and if it did it'd be only $45. They also explained everything they did in plain English. I'm very happy!
