Took my phone to have the USB charger fixed. Was done within the day. Unfortunately the microphone then didn't work due to the replacement being faulty.. Swift resolution by the team here, ordered a new part ready for when I took it back in and fixed the same day. Sometimes things just go wrong, what is done to fix it seperates bad, good or excellent service. This team is excellent, hoping not to go back but if my phone needs repairing again this is the place to go. Should also mention the costs are very reasonable too.

My current cellphone internally haemorrhaged and my dealings with Charlotte and Paul at Smart Phone Repairs was certainly over and above what I could have expected.. thank you Charlotte for all that you did for me, it's been very much appreciated 😊😊

Although this was not a cheap fix , this company did a great job getting my laptop lid replaced. They kept me informed of progress by text which was helpful. Going in to see them in person was most useful as I don't think the original phone message I left enquiring if they could help me was ever going to be returned. They worked best in person with text and email being good back up communication.

Great shop, terrific service, nothing seems to much trouble, very efficient, the personal service I think is one of the best around, the lass behind the counter always greets you with a smile and I think that goes a long way of showing the personality and workmanship of there business. I have no hesitation in leaving my electronic or other goods with them and know it will be repaired to more than my expectations.

After destroying my relatively new phone, I was recommended by our insurance broker to go and see these guys and I'm so glad I did! Such amazing customer service, professionalism and their work was top notch. They made the whole experience so much better given the circumstances and I wouldn't hesitate to go and see them again. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair their phones etc.

Had a cracked S7 Edge screen with associated damages. Insurance authorised repairs and within a couple of hours these guys had the repairs done same day! Top service, highly recommend A+ Drowned the same phone a couple of weeks later <sigh>, Smart Phone Repairs were able to connect my new phone to the old phone and extract all data from it by connecting a new screen and power to it AAA+++

So I currently have 2 cell phones and 1 I pad. As a family we have 5 phones, 2 I pads. Every one of them has required Paul's services?! Perfect job every time. Authentic parts, quick turn around and good price. I love the glass screen savers too, they don't peel off like the others. There are a lot of cowboys out there. You have no problems with Paul and the team. Highly recommend

I just want to know how much it would be to repair an iphone 6 with a broken screen, meaning half of the screen doesnt respond to touch, which means i cant do my password?
