Purchased new phone. Staff so helpful transferring data etc to new phone. It was a busy time in Palmy Spark shop but staff looked after us so well. Thank you

I got new phone +,ask to have stuff changed to new phone, he changed half. Went back new phone not texting, damage Sim. What a shambles of a place, They get 3 star for young ladies help.

I enjoy calling in to see what is now available. I like to keep abreast of the newer things, and what they can do. I t is always amazing to see how much you can do either your phone or tablet & both items seem to get smaller at the same time.

Have order 12 pro max and Apple Watch and told that I will get it in 3 days. It’s been 3 weeks now and haven’t heard back. I went there on weekend and there were some international staffs who don’t even care about customer. Waited there for about 20 mins and nobody even care about it. Really bad service. I have added some more stars as I got good customer service this by Asian guy (not sure but he looks like Vietnamese).

I went into the store because I wanted to sort something out with my phone. It was to do with storage. A very nice young Lady helped me with the problem. And explained things to me about it.

Very helpful and efficient assistance came away all sorted.

Decent Customer service, got what we wanted in the end. Took a little long to be spoken with but I believe only because it was busy being close to Christmas. The store is tidy, just a bit noisy being in a mall.

Fast but not furious service:) there is standard services that you could expect from telecommunication shop. The staff have all information of the devices they selling but you hardly get the hard work of presentation about what is the dominant of each device. However, it is mainly the place to sell gadgets not the place to dig deep info of technologies.

Mixed experiences. Had problems with my phone and didn't feel I got much help resolving them - went in two weekends in a row without resolution. Eventually purchased new phone from them only because if I bought elsewhere I wouldn't have the tech knowledge to set it up myself and I've always used Spark as my provider. However the young man who sold phone to me was very helpful thankfully.

5 Stars to the spark team, team member Jessie if I got it right. Basically updating my past due date, iOS and my phone needed a desktop to reset, and she managed to do the most awesome thing for us, in store experience was awesome, cool to see charging ports, staff were friendly, overall 5 stars, just late review on my behalf.

Bought new phone yesterday, wasn't tested in store, had to go back today as phone had a faulty sim,

Service is not that great for a company like Spark, they have one team member taking names for the rest to see but when we were in there the shop was full. It was obvious their system wasn't working, I left my wife there and came back 3/4 hour later

Staff and good but run off their feet often. Usually have to sit and wait, not a great idea for customers looking to buy top end electronics and expensive plans.

Always great service from knowledgeable staff. Sometimes very busy but worth the wait to be sorted out (& with a smile)
