Excellent service - fast, capable and good value for money. I thought I'd cracked my screen (disaster!) but they told me it was only the screen protector. Classic Mobiles had a replacement in stock, and fitted it while I waited. Recommended.

Classic mobiles is the best place to go in Paraparaumu because they have great service like when buying a screen protector they put it on for you and do a good job they also have a large selection of other accessories like Phone cases.

Dropped my iPhone 11 Pro on the ground twice. Front lower right side smashed, and lower left back side smashed. Despite not repairing the back, the guy there replaced the front for me and it turned out to look just as new. Got a case and screen protector to cover the back. He let me test it out and make sure it is all working after the replacement before paying which I believe brings a lot of trust to fix your device at Classic Mobiles Limited. Happy customer! I took my old Samsung to the store which was not registering to network.Although I had two same phones but one had a broken screen. She efficiently swap my boards and make it happen. Awesome service.

I cannot praise Jason and Kavitia highly enough. Their service and very friendly helpful advice is something not oftern seen these days. I was originally told by Harvey Norman that a battery for my tablet was no longer available. Not so, and no problem for CM to fit. I have since bought a new tablet and they transferred all my data. It took several visits to get everything exacly as I wanted it and all this was done with ease. I actually felt I was being a nuisance, but was never made to feel this way. During my visits I was also very impressed with the way other customers were treated. Thanks so much Jason and Kavita.

Outstanding service from Classic Mobiles. I brought in some screen protectors and camera lens protectors which I had bought from overseas for our non-standard mobile phones - and although I hadn't purchased any products from them in this occasion they installed them super quick and without a charge as a goodwill gesture - greatly appreciated that. Very kind of them and very generous to give of their time. I can wholeheartedly recommend their super-friendly service.

I’ve been here for two different reasons and the staff are really helpful. Prices are fair, service is quick. I had to wait a couple of minutes to be served as the staff were helping an elderly customer with facebook which I found extremely endearing. I don’t know if she was even buying anything, but they were happy to help her out - don’t often see service like that these days.

We visited today. We wanted to test my son's phone with the case we found but couldn't unzip my jacket pocket to get the phone out. The assistant went to all lengths to help open the zip, even though it took almost half an hour! Then he helped us try out the cases, and tried several screen protectors to get the perfect fit. While we were there another man visited and had something small done to fix his phone - the other assistant refused to charge him for the help. He returned with a lotto ticket for her. We'll now make this our first stop for phone case needs - I really appreciated the amazing customer service. Thank you. Hope you win the million $! 🙏🙏

So helpful. 2 hours and my iPad had a new button . Gave me great 'advice about laptop access to photos from cell phone. Went back another day with old Iphone4 as the case was bulging. as I dont have a landline I wanted a back up emergency phone that could work in an emegency, They replaced the battery and told me to make sure there was nothing on the battery if I was going to store it for any length of time. Highly recommend

Excellent service here! Classic mobiles only want to help. No false information like you get at Vodafone and other service providers that try to sell Huawei propoganda etc.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this store. the young man Jason, is a wonder to behold. nothing is too much for this young man.
