Absolute legends. Went in to get my charging port for my Samsung A31 fixed and they did so within 30 mins and didn't cost an arm and a leg. Great customer service 👏🏼 Informative, friendly and good sense of humour. Thanks Team.

Ive had bad experiences with Mall Phone Repair shops before so I was skeptical at first. Got my iPhone 6s Plus screen replaced here for $150. Great service and very nice and professional staff, they took very good care of us. Not to mention the incredible speed they work at. Very happy with the repair job! Also just a tip, if you are replacing for an Apple screen, always choose the most expensive option, its a much better quality screen.

My daughter had her shattered screen replaced about 2 years. Her front camera stopped working after that but they said it was due to “software or logical board” problem, not because of them. Today, I took iPhone 6 to them to replace my screen. The same thing happened, my front camera stopped working. They gave me the same explanation of the logical board being faulty, 20 dollars discount, and offered to send my phone to their service center, for a fee. Although they are nice guys, and they spent an hour trying to fix the front camera, it’s very disappointing the wouldn’t take responsibility for braking both our cameras. I’m stuck with a phone that’s not very useful for Skype, Viber and other video apps.
