Cinderella was the consultant, very friendly, polite and patient.
C.3 days out of quarantine and called in to organise a phone and plan. Jessica was so very helpful, telling me about all the options and I was able to make an informed decision quite quickly. She activated the plan so I was able to walk out and immediately be online and connected. Thanks so much!
T.Went to visit the store, as I needed some help with making a insurance claim, keep in mind I went in just short of 30min to closing and usually retailers are over their day by this point . Had been greeted by the Susanna, who was absolutely cheerful, polite, and went above and beyond to help me. Also followed through with what she had told me she would do inregards to helping me. Went back to the store the following day to her having everything sorted for me. Awesome person to deal with and awesome store to visit because of her.

J.Only one out of four assistants had any understanding of modems, but finally got one. They used to give you the modems but now you have pay for them.
If you are buying a cellphone they seem to be able to do that with a good stock on hand also you can pay bills, but every thing else seems to be a bit hard for them.
M.Considering how little space they have and always seemingly one staff member extra required our Pukekohe Spark team do really well. Nice, friendly and patient.
C.I walked into the Spark store and the manager served my. What a wonderful lady she is. So police and sophisticated. I'm so happy to be served in the Spark shop. No complaints. Got what I needed after a talk about new phones. Well done! I left the shop jumping and glad the manager she gave me wonderful experience.
C.What can I say. I upgraded my phone and the help I got was just amazing. The staff there put on great attitude. I understand pleasing the public can be difficult. But hats of to them at Spark Pukekohe. I definitely would go back to this specific store.

k.I went in with a problem, lady I spoke to was extremely helpful & explained my misunderstanding perfectly, she then proceeded to organize a call, & I was credited. It was a situation where I didnt understand the charges when traveling overseas. I do now
J.Took my phone in for repair/replacement. The team were quite helpful (unlike other spark stores I've been to). Gave me a decent loan phone and sorted things out pretty fast.

They apologised that their system was slow which must be so frustrating for them as they cannot serve customers as quickly as we all would like. R.Hi. I came into store to get prepaid sim card from I think manager. She was very helpful and friendly. Asked me how I was and I was good and you. I am happy I came to Spark for prepaid.
B.Service was good but slow considering there were 2 customers and 5 CSRs. Entrance too small for larger wheelchair and main street parking was hit and miss.
R.My wife came in to buy a new phone from me and she said it's the first good experience she has had since being with Telecom. The lad was so patient and helpful. Happy customers. Thank you Spark Pukekohe.

D.Spark Pukekohe is a busy store!! Done an insurance claim on my phone which was a long procedure but we got their in the end. Friendly staff. I read some low comments on here from other people and they must be very unhappy people to go behind a computer typing away negative unnecessary stuff. I'm happy and reccommend Spark Pukekohe. Go early in the morning though.
