I highly recommend these guys. When the phone on my screen went blank and it wouldn't charge last Saturday I assumed the worst. I went to another phone repair shop nearer to my home first and was told that they would need to send the phone to head office to be checked, it would take over a week and would cost $100 - $200 if it was the battery. Then I tried Phonelab. I got there half an hour before they were due to open and the member of staff who was already there was happy to let me in anyway. Within minutes he had the phone back up and running and he kindly showed me how to turn off the screen reader function on my back-up phone as well. And best of all, he wouldn't charge me. The service was friendly and professional. Two thumbs up! 👍👍Thank you ☺

Broke my phone in town, screen was completely totalled and nothing was working. Went in the next more to get it fixed and said it would take 45 minutes. Got my phone back and it's running better and display is amazing. The guys in there were polite, easy to talk to and understood what was wrong and needed to be done.

My husband has been struggling with charging his iphone. I emailed this shop to get a quote for replacing the charging port. They replied me promptly that cleaning would solve the problem and it’s free of charge. I visited them and they were right! Small rump of fabric was stuck there.
