Jatin at Tech Arena was brilliant. Acknowledged me even though he was busy with another customer, knew exactly what I needed, offered a range of prices and products. Fitted screen protector for me, and even chased me down to the local coffee cart when I left something in store. Richmond’s main street is fortunate to have this great local phone repair and accessories shop.

These guys are unreal....they know what they're doing. I've used then several times and they saved my tech life!!! Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Treated with respect and fixed my broken screen on my Note 9 phone very promptly but also advised and provided me with solutions to some other technical issues I had. Went in to get a new screen and frame on my phone. I was not disappointed, very friendly staff that were transparent on every detail of my repair. When I got my phone back the parts used were very high quality, but yet the price was very modest. Possibly the best phone shop in richmond 10/10.

I wanted a Bluetooth fitted into my car. I couldn't get over how affordable it was and the staff cheerfully fitted it into my car while I waited. Its so wonderful to answer calls as I drive. The service was utterly exceptional. I will be back! Thank you Techarena.

Hi yesterday i came in with a problem with Dropbox and the boys cleared it up for me. they also found that my phone could have become a hazard, that problem was also fixed. Found the guys to be very helpful and friendly, would definitely come back and also recommend.
