Jatin at Tech Arena was brilliant. Acknowledged me even though he was busy with another customer, knew exactly what I needed, offered a range of prices and products. Fitted screen protector for me, and even chased me down to the local coffee cart when I left something in store. Richmond’s main street is fortunate to have this great local phone repair and accessories shop.

Went in to get a new screen and frame on my phone. I was not disappointed, very friendly staff that were transparent on every detail of my repair. When I got my phone back the parts used were very high quality, but yet the price was very modest. Possibly the best phone shop in richmond 10/10.
