I have been to the rotorua phone life at the central mall several times and am always amazed by the professionalism and high quality service of everyone there. Especially, Archie who greets me and other customers with smile, politeness and helps to solve all issues asap. Great job and great team guys.

After visiting Spark and not getting my issues resolved I went to these amazing guys in the Mall. Had my problem sorted in a short time and no charge for the service? Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Cannot speak highly enough of Phone Life Rotorua - their customer service is exceptional with no job ''too hard". My phone died & wouldn't charge, firstly needed a new battery, once I had it home it wouldn't charge took it back & they found I had a corroded battery port, all fixed within 24hrs with a friendly check up call the next day👌5 stars for sure!

A previous technician had damaged my camera lens when replacing the back cover and a second replacement (installed by Phone Life) made it inoperable (wouldn't focus). I was told I needed a new camera - $150. Bruno at Phone Life thought it was glue inside the lens cover, removed, cleaned and reinstalled correctly (it works) - FOR FREE. Not only that, he was still there when I rushed back 15 minutes after closing to collect. Most appreciated Bruno.
