T.Generally pretty good phone shop....but, I have found that doing business here during Covid (as of today NZ has no new cases and PM says there is no community virus transmission) is overly cautious. Shortened hours and very few people allowed in the shop. So customers wait outside in the cold until they are sorted.
It seems that the Taupo shop has Covid protocol over and above government guidelines.
The shop probably means well, but they are creating a new hazard keeping customers outside in the cold.
Time to stop listening to safety consultants and get on with business.
