Been going to Phone Life for the past 12 months or so for phone repairs (new screen), cases and screen protectors as family members upgrade or change phones. Great prices, great staff (thanks Brittany) and the jobs are completed quickly and done well.

Thought I was up for a new phone. Over recent months I found it increasingly difficult to hear a caller on my Samsung S9, resorting to using the speaker function. A visit to my favourite 2 Degrees shop at The Crossing, Tauriko, to seek their advice and after listening to it they send me to PHONE LIFE, just 40 meters away in the Crossing arcade. Explain the issue and within minutes I'm able to have a phone conversation without sharing the call to all around. AMAZING. BUT even more amazing, the customer service. THANK YOU! Murray Guy

Went to Vodafone cos I’d dropped my iPhone in the sea. Got a price on a new phone 😬 then asked them to check if my phone was actually stuffed. They helped transfer my on off button to a touch one then sent me to phone life repairs for a screen cover. By then my ph was not turning on. The staff at phone life repairs were amazing. They offered to check it out for any damage I came back x2 after giving them time. Each time they didn’t do anything without permission. They not only saved me minimum $1000.00 they threw in a new screen protector and ph case. It cost me $160.00. Can’t praise them high enough amazing job guys thanks so much!

Great service provided right from the start. I made contact via phone first to inquire re screen replacement, the guy was very informative and helpful and quoted a reasonable price. Arrived following day and was met with a friendly welcome and he showed me what I was going to get and was very impressed and reassured the quality was authentic. Upon completion very satisfied and the phone is like brand new. Highly recommend. I've had my Nova 3i phone repaired at two other outlets around tauranga and the screens they have used have cracked very easily, also one of those outlets didn't align the sensor properly so my screen did not go on standby when putting my phone up to my ear and the notification light was also not aligned so I couldn't see it, I could only just see it peaking out from behind the plastic. However this outlet here used a good quality original factory screen and it was installed very well and correctly and the notification light and sensor are all working very well. And I paid a very similar price here to what I paid at the other outlets for a much better job this time. I am very happy with this phone repair outlet. It's a thumbs up from me 👍👍👍.
