T.I was in a real bind when my work computer died. Thomas at Technology Centre was really easy to deal with, very informative and caring about my needs. They've carried out the necessary repairs in record time and I was back to work the next day. No small thing for a self-employed person.

A.Didn't sell what I needed considering they send Apple products, a bit disappointing, staff didn't offer any help in any sort of solution despite me offering to pay for their time. As a fellow IT engineer, I felt there was definitely more they could have done had they been interested in actual help.
