L.Fantastic service, ordered a new screen, dropped phone off, all other places wanted it overnight for fitting, which is useless if its a business phone, this great little gem of a store in the UH Mall... 2hrs!! and I have it back in my hands looking immaculate wow! Can't speak highly enough of the gentleman that operates this kiosk, hopefully I won't drop my phine again, but if I do, I sure know where to go.
J.I highly recommend going here if you need your phone repaired or wanna buy a screen protector or a case and there is amazing customer service you can call to see if he has you phone part that you need replaced and he might be able to do it in one day but that depends.

My granddaughter had managed to snap off her headphone jack.
A small part of the fitting was still left inside the port. It was needed fairly urgently as my granddaughter was flying to Auckland at 1pm the following day. The iPad needed to be completely opened up to remove the clogged jack. There is the possibility of cracking the screen. Faizan said that he was unable to help because he had some previous customer repairs. I knew he was super busy but offered him twice his fee.
He said that he would try his best to have it completed by 10am the following day.
He rang me to let me know he had completed the repair the day I had bought it in.
There was no extra charge & no broken screen.
