Excellent service at very reasonable price. These guys just replaced the screen on my iPhone. Chris did a great job and the phone was back in operation in an hour. Perfect. He also fitted a super screen protector st my request and did not charge for the fitting. I highly recommend these guys. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service! My phone stopped charging in the afternoon, and I was leaving Wanaka the following morning. I stopped in at 6:20pm (10 minutes before they shut) and the gentleman who helped me said that he would work after hours to get it fixed by the morning. I was given an emergency phone (with my sim card) in the interim that I could use, which was very helpful. I was called at 9:30pm that night to say my phone was fixed and i was charged A LOT LESS than I had anticipated to pay! Great service, thank you!!!!!!

Had a major issue with my laptop & small issue with my phone. Dropped it off over the Christmas / NYE period and the guys in the store were amazingly helpful even when so busy. (Translated) I was on vacation in Wanaka, it was my last day when I went to FixIT for my ipad which no longer worked. I had found the address through a local merchant. There were a lot of other customers and it was scheduled to close in an hour. Despite this, Devon started to replace my screen, it was very nice, fast and efficient. I was able to go back to New Caledonia with my repaired iPad. What more can be said ? it was perfect. A big thank you again (Original) J'étais en vacances à Wanaka, c'était mon dernier jour quand je suis allée chez FixIT pour mon ipad qui ne fonctionnait plus. J'avais trouvé l'adresse par un commerçant du quartier. Il y avait beaucoup d'autres clients et la fermeture était prévue dans une heure. Malgré cela, Devon s'est lancé dans le remplacement de mon écran, il a été très sympa, rapide et efficace. J'ai pu repartir en Nouvelle Calédonie avec mon ipad réparé. It took a long time for the part to arrive when every bit of it I picked up a phone and they answered responsibly and updated me. When the phone was correct they sent it to me at no additional cost. Only after shipping to me did they owe me!
