L.Excellent service! My phone stopped charging in the afternoon, and I was leaving Wanaka the following morning. I stopped in at 6:20pm (10 minutes before they shut) and the gentleman who helped me said that he would work after hours to get it fixed by the morning. I was given an emergency phone (with my sim card) in the interim that I could use, which was very helpful. I was called at 9:30pm that night to say my phone was fixed and i was charged A LOT LESS than I had anticipated to pay! Great service, thank you!!!!!!

There were a lot of other customers and it was scheduled to close in an hour. Despite this, Devon started to replace my screen, it was very nice, fast and efficient. J'étais en vacances à Wanaka, c'était mon dernier jour quand je suis allée chez FixIT pour mon ipad qui ne fonctionnait plus. J'avais trouvé l'adresse par un commerçant du quartier. Il y avait beaucoup d'autres clients et la fermeture était prévue dans une heure. Malgré cela, Devon s'est lancé dans le remplacement de mon écran, il a été très sympa, rapide et efficace. It took a long time for the part to arrive when every bit of it I picked up a phone and they answered responsibly and updated me. When the phone was correct they sent it to me at no additional cost. מקום ממש טוב! שלחתי את הטלפון לתיקון בזמן הקורונה כאשר לא היה בטוח שהם יקבלו את החלק. לקח הרבה זמן עד שהחלק הגיע כאשר כל כמה זה הרמתי טלפון והם ענו בעדיבות ועדכנו אותי. כאשאר הטלפון היה תקין הם שלחו לי אותו בדור עד אלי ללא עלות נוספת. רק לאחר המשלוח אלי הם חייבו אותי! חברה מצויינת מקווה שהם יחזיקו מעמד עם הקורונה והכל
