Great place and good people but every time i have been there i had to wait for atleast 20 min to get my turn to speak to the customer care staff. But once i get to meet them, they are very helpful in responding to queries and resolving issues.

I've bought 3 oppo phones from here all on the same contact, today I dropped one of them so decided to get a new one (because I love oppos). The guy who served me (201Jason???) was so good and told me about the different options avalible, I even wanted a case and glass screen protector well. Jason went above and beyond for me and installed my screen protector and set everything up for me. I had my little boy with me at the time who was so excited to look at phones and so Jason explained the different plans avalible for when I do get him one. Really good service and I will continue to shop here for all my phones and accessories

Excellent service. I walked in and told the staff that I am so hopeless with technologies. He was able to fix the problem with my mobile and also explaining it. His team leader also came over to look at the computer and she suggested to change my plan from a Retired plan to another which is the same prize but offer double the amount of data and free call to 2degrees rather than using my plan minutes. I was very impressed, walking out with a smile on my face 😄😃

The best service I've had. Had an ongoing issue where I signed up to a plan (from prepay) online and there was an issue of keeping my same number to this new plan. Had gone into a store in Auckland and has called to sort out the problem. Both times the issue wasn't sorted and when I called I failed the security questions for the new plan so was told I had to go into a store to show ID and then to call again. Went to this store with ID and asked if she could swap the numbers. Within 20 mins everything was sorted and she was so nice and informative as well.

Thank you Isaac for being truly helpful and putting customer first, even for us travellers! Great experience with 2 degrees. Feedback to 2 degree teams on a separate note: the $30 sims/$20 purchased in convenience stores are super confusing .. better instructions needed to buy mobile packs.

Its quite a good store and well set out. I bought a phone from there yesterday and although im pleased i got the phone, the sales consultant who sold it to me seemed to give off the impression that i was more of a hindrance to him then anything. He didnt even offer me an ARO with my plan until it was too late.

Visited here a few times. Good experience depending on who you get. Some staff were not very approachable - sometimes talking at the back of the store. They also had little info to offer about the phones. Others were very knowledgable and welcoming.

Have to visit here often, primarily because the autopay stops working well most of the time. 2 Degrees keeps on giving random and stupid reasons for those instead of fixing the root cause. However have always got things working here, Staff is mostly very friendly and help with recharges/topups and any other queries they can answer.
