My son recommended this company to me as he'd had fabulous service from them. When I needed a product I didn't hesitate to use them. What can I say, awesome service from this store. I ordered a phone case on Sunday afternoon. They contacted me Monday am to confirm I had ordered the correct product for my specific phone. Great customer service is still alive & well. 😊 Edit case arrived 48 hours later. Very happy with my purchase.

Thanks to Jess who is a magician with phones. She was able (somehow) to get power restored to recharge battery, and access phone numbers. I had asked another store, prior to Jess, for an opinion but they didn't have a clue how to diagnose fault and wanted to charge me a heap to fix, hence walked out and went to Classic Mobiles Wellington. Big shop with heaps of accessories and expertise. Thx Jess - what a lifesaver.

Went there after looking at the reviews and the rating . Had a battery replacement which was great and done with in an hour. but earphone jack stopped working after the replacement. So went back again, which they fixed very nicely and with in half an hour without any extra charge which was great and replaced another part as well which stopped working. Overall experience was little frustrating in the beginning as had few issues after the first service. But at the end my phone got finally fixed and started workin fine. one thing which is good about the place is staff as even though I was not happy at first place but they made sure that they do their best.Rahul was very helpful and polite and offered assistance. Good place, reliable staff.

Nice job,even had a screen in stock for my old Galaxy mini,purchased a new well made protective case so no more cracked screens.Parking can be a problem(no thanks to WCC taking away numerous parks around Wellington).But they couriered it to my door once repaired and wrapped it well.Recommended.Mike

Brilliant service. I just wanted to buy a screen protector, but they went the extra mile to put it on my phone, taking care to remove a random hair that had sneaked underneath the screen. Great attention to detail and great customer service.

Awesome service. I got my battery replaced somewhere else but didn't last for longer. Then one of my mate suggested me this shop & i got new battery installed in much cheaper price and even got warranty for 1 year as well.now its been long time my phone battery works absolutely fine. Good staff, have seen them deal with ALOT of DUMBASS people but still maintain there professionalism, if you treat them with respect they will go to the moon and back to try and exceed your satisfaction.
