Her customer service skills were the best to date in the store.
She understood my requirements and gave me the appropriate choices.
It is not fun when one's phone is not working and it has been a stressful experience in the past.
I would like to give Samantha my highest recommendation.
She was fantastic and for the first time made the whole experience a pleasure.

R.With all the goods on hand and the staff with the knowledge and expertise to help you out, I found this store and it's awesome people an absolute life-saver while on holiday in the capital. They went above-and-beyond in every way, helped with moving from old handsets to new ones, and even helped with an upgrade to my plan while I was at it. 100% thumbs up from start to finish.

J.Cannot speak highly enough of Jake's service at Willis St store yesterday . At times when staff see an 80 year old asking about technology there is a perception that we do not understand much . So was delighted with Jake's help and attitude .
Y.We went there on Friday afternoon and my dad got assisted by this gorgeous dude with curly hair, he was so lovely and patient with dad (who is so dumb, he clicked on music when he was trying to find App Store smh) but he was such a beautiful human being, A+ service, highly recommended!
