Very helpful and great attitude. So often I feel talked down to in tech shops but not here. Such a refreshing difference in the Apple Guy shops. Quick turnaround and they went the extra step to deliver my laptop to an alternative location to enable me to collect on a Saturday. Thanks Apple Guy.

Have had two recent problems with my iphone (different problems on different days). They sorted them both out quickly, efficiently and without breaking the bank. Absolutely superb service, no hesitation at all in strongly recommending them.

I initially sent a message and and then sent a second one after I had not heard from them. I got a speedy and helpful response to that and so I went into the store for them to replace an iPhone 7 Plus battery. The man I dealt with was professional and clear and did the job in less time than originally suggested. I didn't compare the cost with other providers but in terms of having 100% battery now and a very useable phone, I'm happy.

Received absolutely the best service we could have hoped for. Daughter's laptop died on the day her project had to be presented. The guys looked at it urgently, and concluded we needed a new tracking pad. Since we weren't the only customers, they said it could take 2 hours, but they'd call when there were 15 minutes to go so we could race back, pick it up and make it to school before the end of class. And they did exactly that (and it didn't take the full 2 hours), so we raced (within the speed limit) down, grabbed the laptop, and she was able to submit her assessment. Every staff member was helpful, professional, and gave clear explanations to a non-tech person. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I broke a key on my keyboard and took it to the Apple Guy Lambton Quay. I answered a few questions and they had a quick look and said come back in an hour. When I came back about 1.5 hours later everything was fixed and working as it should and the charge was very reasonable. Cant thank them enough, my old MacBook air is 10 years old and other than the broken key i've never really had any problems. Excellent.

The team at the Lambton Quay store are great in comms and the professional service they provide, our go to, thumbs up.

I took my iPhone XS to get a very uncommon issue fixed. They promptly spot the problem and solved it within a few hours. I talked to a few people in the shop and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, they also provided me with updates while fixing the issue. I definitely recommend them and I’d go back again.

Second time using The Apple Guy. Great service (again), fixed the issue very quickly and are just all round a great team.

These guys are awesome! I bought a second hand macbook pro from them about 6 months ago and took out the very reasonable 1 year warranty (10% of purchase price). A couple of days ago the screen went blank , took the laptop in today around noon, explained to the friendly guy what had happened. "No problem, leave it with us and we'll give you a call when we've looked at it", at 2.30pm I got a text to say the macbook was ready to be picked up! They'd replaced the screen and it's as good as new! The guy said "sorry for the inconvenience' !!! What a fantastic shop, I'll certainly look here first when I want to buy any Apple products. Thank you!

It was becoming increasingly uncertain whether my iPhone would charge from day to day, and I became convinced that the charging port was broken. I took the phone to the Apple Guy, Lambton Quay, and was delighted to find when I returned that it simply needed cleaning out (and that this had already been done). The service was performed quickly, and best of all, cost less than I was expecting.

Extremely happy with our experience. We live in another province and needed an iPad fixed quickly. We sent it down over night, it was fixed the next day and we had it back on our door step the next. Great communication throughout and the price was exactly as quoted. We will be using The Apple Guy again for any Mac repairs we need in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The Apple Guy Group Ltd are EXCELLENT. Ive used them twice (used for two different phones and two different issues) both times they have provided some of the BEST customer service Ive ever had. They responded promptly, fixed and returned my phone to me quickly (once within a few hours). They were friendly and made sure the everything was working perfectly again. I would absolutely recommend them.

Update: received phone free of charge the following day, happy with that. iPhone is in for a battery replacement. Shop closes at 5.30, I turn up at 5.22pm and they are already closed. I therefore have no phone tomorrow and I don't plan to be in town. Poor.

The boys that work here are so lovely and the owner Milan is an absolute gem (and also very dapper). They fixed my screen for me in a few hours after I was told else where I would need to chemical bath it for days then pay additional costs for a new screen. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Apple repairs. 10/10. Keep up the wonderful work. Thanks again!

Had my failing iPhone 6s battery replaced when I was in Wellington on business. A couple of months later, it was failing again, so I complained. They apologised, said it sometimes happens, and since it was still under warranty, they would replace it free of charge. So I posted it to them and received it back a week later, impressively well packed, with a 100% battery that so far seems to be working well. Pleased with communication and service.

I was truly impressed I have only praise for Erin and staff who were only to willing and able to offer Servive and to be polite and understanding going the extra mile to help PERFECT !!!!!

Tried the rest but these guys are the best. Best service, great knowledge, honest appraisal and up front discussions. I won’t waste my time going anywhere else in the future.

My wife lost her phone while we were traveling in New Zealand from the United States. We were in Wellington and there is no Apple Store, so we contacted the Apple Guy. The were thorough and friendly. They could not have done more to help us!

Having called half a dozen stores to get quotes on fixing my iPhone 6 Plus, I settled on these guys for two reasons: 1. Josh was very polite and helpful when answering the phone. 2. They were up to $300 cheaper than other stores (Fonebitz), and the use genuine Apple products. I will certainly use these guys another time should the need arise, and will refer others to them. They also did the screen replacement in an hour and a half!

Exceptional service - a few Macbook keys needed replacing and other companies said the whole keyboard needed to be replaced but they managed to change the necessary keys in under 5 minutes and for a cheap price.
