My laptop broke during lockdown, which was a bit stressful as I had some assignments to submit. The job was done quickly and my laptop is working perfectly again. The people at the Apple Guy communicated with me very clearly and made sure my needs were met. These guys are absolute class; couldn't recommend them more!

I had a Series 3 Apple Watch that suddenly decided that it didn’t want to divorce its iPhone (wouldn’t pair). The fellas at the store on Manners Street were friendly, knowledgeable and patient. After 15 minutes, the watch worked order was restored to the universe. They didn’t even charge! Absolute legends. I would very much recommend their services.

This is a late review but I wanted to leave it since the folks at Manners Street Apple Guy were so so helpful to me in 2020. They updated my old Macbook Pro just after lockdown when I was doing a lot of Zoom teaching online and needed it to be running optimally. They addressed the issues I asked them to (battery replacement and hard drive check) and did a complimentary operating system upgrade. Everything was well priced, well communicated, and done quickly. I will be back!

Excellent service. I needed a new iPhone battery and the Apple Gal fixed it within an hour. Brilliant service I have confidence in. Recommend Amazing service and outcome. I spilled tea on my MacBook Pro and it died. I thought that was the end. Moral of this story is - back up every day AND if disaster strikes turn your MAC off, turn it upside down, wipe it clean quick, let it dry and run to the Apple Guy. THEY FIXED IT. Not only did they fix it but they fixed it same day and at only the cost of the examination fee. INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend. You saved my bacon thank you. Only thing I would say is that not all the brilliant Apple Guys are guys - some of them are brilliant Apple Women - so maybe you need to reconsider your name.
