n.Needed the battery replaced on my older mobile. Patrick was awesome and attentive, promptly diagnosing and confirming the battery was faulty and providing a fair quote. He then promptly sourced a replacement battery which had to come from Australia. Prompt professional communication once battery arrived and was able to do job later that day. Had my phone back in 1 hour, good as new. Really friendly, professional service. Highly recommended. Thanks Patrick 🙏

M.I went in for problems with the charging ports of both my laptops. Patrick informed me that one of them is working fine, but the other one he needed to take a closer look at. I went to pick it up in the evening and Patrick had already thoroughly examined the laptop and detected a problem in the motherboard. However, since I didn't want to do any further work on the motherboard, Patrick didn't charge me a Penny, telling me that's their policy. I was really impressed, especially comparing this behaviour with some big players in Wellington! Thank you so much for your professionalism, Patrick.
