t. o.Nice. Staff are good, however they don't have all the newest things... would benefit from having all the newest tech from Samsung and Apple. Come here sometimes and the staff are always nice.

D. T.Absolutely amazing, never been to a Spark store like this one. Entered the store and although all 4 staff were busy, one acknowledged that someone would be with me shortly. All were young staff, one was busy with a very young boy and whanau and the boy asked a gazillion questions and never once did I hear the staffer not answer him or be rude, all the while still telling the whanau what to do next for the phone install, amazing. I was requiring advise on ear pieces and this staffer was so helpful, going through all the options giving me good and bad for them. While the staffer was out the back looking for more information for me, another staffer asked if she could help me. Never had or heard of service like this in a Spark store, and I've been in plenty around NZ. Well done Whakatane Spark👍

M. R.My ANZ app wasn't working and the service from the team and the shop was outstanding not only did did they fix the Apt they reconfigured the phone so it would be more responses and run more smoothly overall an excellent service

g. C.I can't recommend enough ,Sam ,one of your employees at the Whakatane branch. He installed voluntarily and with such goodwill a Chromecast in my home after work so I could have Net Flix. I was completely lost as to what I should do with this complicated procedure. He installed it and went through it step by step so I could operate it myself
