J.This is a great store I had an issue with my phone they sorted out the problem for me quickly and explained what had happened.

J.A well laid out and staffed store. Covid restrictions apply to numbers of customers instore. I'm not certain if a vaccine pass is now required to enter.

A.Picked up our new modem this morning.We were attended to by Lucie,pleasant professional young lady. Does urk me a little that everytime you go into Spark Wanganui there is a wait to be attended to,even though we were there just after 9am.But this is big business now staffing at a mimimum,no reflection on Lucie.

K.This is a place for time out, you instruct the spark staff of your needs and they get about sorting everything for you while to sit back and relax, checking your social media accounts, Gmail, or play games on your device while your device is charging up. Bliss zone, staff eventually get it right. Remember good things take time and you can sit back and relax knowing everything is going well.
S.The Spark team are on to it! I love the fact that I can pop into the store and get expert mobile advice from highly trained mobile staff. Not only that Spark has an unlimited mobile plan for $79.99 per month much cheaper then 2degrees and I get great reception!

My elderly mother relocated from Auckland to Whanganui and spent 12 days disconnected. 12 days was a bit longer than we would have expected to wait but Matthew was really good at communicating where things were at and finding solutions so my mother could get back online and on with her life. Pamela from the faults team was fantastic too, and the technician that came around to fix the problem was super professional and lovely to deal with. Nice work Whanganui Spark!
