Best place to get your phone fixed in town, i Highly recommend. Ive had the same phone fixed 5 times now ( im a roofer/scaffolder) and GSM has always been so helpful and super quick to get my phone fixed and back to me. Cheers GSM.

Always polite and friendly. Screen replacement done within 3 hrs. Front facing camera lens cleaned and scratches on the edges removed/covered as oart of the service. Impressive the service and grateful for the extra mile taken.

My Screen on my Mobile Smart Phone was Disappearing slowly over 2-3 weeks . Was told by my Data supplier that they could do it over a another 2 week period at a cost of $600(appx) . A nice young lady put me on to GSM... Within 24 hours My Phone is back in my hands at an extremely competitive rate. and looking as good / if not better than brand new.

GSM Solutions Ltd replaced my battery on my S7. First battery didn't hold its charge so GSM replaced it without issue as it was covered by 3 month warranty. No drama. Job well done. I'd recommend this business for electronic device technical support & repair - my experience was a positive one.

My home button stopped working months ago. Not a problem, I used accessibility function. Then my phone froze and the screen went black. I took my phone in and explained the issue. She plugged my phone in to verify that it was on and working properly with the exception of the screen. She quoted $60 to replace the home button to be able to hard start. She said if that didn't work a screen replacement would be (I think it was) $150. I left my phone and $25 and less than 45 minutes later I got a text that my phone was done and working. It was the home button and hard restart like we suspected. Very pleased with the friendliness and quality of repair.

The gentleman was honest to advise me to rather buy a new phone than spend such a large amount on fixing a screen. I love honesty.

I have been disappointed with the outcome of my phone after a lengthy time frame , I think as a small business you should look at deploying a more effective customer liaison policy of informing the customer with updates as to the repairs ,, I except your explanation , however it seems most people are very happy with the repairs ,and that's good maybe polish up on repair progress updates as that would help to build your business greatly and more successfully to compliment your technical repair talents which seem to be very skilled and successful .

Thank you - I thought the camera module was broken and was expecting a standard $60 repair. Seems the camera had just come unclipped on the inside, so the repair was much cheaper than expected. Thanks again.
