I was having a problem with my phone (l am on the skinny network) I went to the Spark store last week Sorted ,without any problems. Very pleasant young man, numbers restricted in store. Would happily go back.

Very busy store so you must be preparing to stand in line waiting for an available staff member. Staff is super efficient , knowledgeable and helpful once you get to them.

I got scammed here. I bought a $29 SIM card with 4GB of data, and then a week later found out that I'd been sold one with only 1GB of data, which I had never heard of and wasn't discussed at all during the sale. This card appears to be aimed at tourists who must be easier to rip off, as it can't be recharged, as well as having less data (but it can be used for some international calling). After some 'discussions' with staff members the manager of the store credited me with the extra data I'd been ripped off, so it was solved amicably, but tourists especially should be careful to ensure that they receive the SIM card they request before leaving the store.

Awesome characters fantastic people skills everything just went so smooth. The assistant staff member that helped my husband and I excellent indeed. WE had to update on our cellphones ( Spark Store Whangarei) Woohoo just so kool we got all the jargon and stuff ......I won't answer THAT...But yeah sweeteverything.this store is always packed with people ???? We got our cellphones amd went home to our castle. So there you go folks if you travel to WHANGAREI NZ come on up to NORTHLAND and visit Kamo. Naumai Haere mai ki AOTEAROA NZ.
