Should have added this YEARS ago: Iain and Glen were well beyond Professional Healers, they were also educators, careful listeners, truly compassionate, overly patient, and deeply understanding. I can't say enough about their expertise on all sorts of health modalities I'd only heard of, seriously skeptical of at first, and quickly became an ardent fan of ever since. They opened my eyes - and body - to a whole new way of thinking, and I cannot thank them enough! If you're looking for the best, look no further. THANKS forevermore, Glen & Iain! BTW: I'm was an older American tourist who was WAY OUT on a broken limb when I got stupid and had a big accident. Put myself well behind the 8-Ball and went to hospital for the initial issues. They could treat the big deal that happened, but their follow-up was weak. Better than here in the states, but still lacking real hands-on skill. Thankfully, my NZ-resident son knew just what to do: send me directly to Dr. Woods. Between he and Glen, I was able to walk tall out of there in just a few visits. Now I see a chiropractor and an acupuncturist quarterly, just to keep in-tune. THANKS AGAIN, gentlemen!

The team at AHG are really great - have gone to both Kim and Glenn, both who have managed to fix whatever issues I have been having, and are invested in giving you exercises to do at home also!

I have had the best experience here and couldn't recommend enough! I injured my lower lumbar a year ago, slipping two discs. I was in severe pain and I could hardly walk for the first few months. I saw Ian for chiropractic treatment who then referred me to Glen for acupuncture. Ian took xrays and spent extra time with me to make sure I got the best treatment. He has a specials talent for sensing exactly what Is going on without mucking around. Glen is a life saver, and spent a lot of time with me educating me on certain muscle groups etc that affect the spin. He related his past back injures to mine and was empathic to what I needed. He also took me through exercises that would strengthen my core and advance my recovery. I also suffer from anxiety and Glen takes a holistic approach to treating me and take extra time to listen and figure out how best to help. Ive had needles, cupping and massage. Both Ian and Glen have a huge wealth of knowledge and are very experienced and professional. I have recommended to all my friends and family who also have great things to say about the clinic. A year later, I still see both Ian and Glen. Highly HIGHLY recommend. In the past I have seen many other professionals including physios and osteos etc, but at the end of the days, I saw the biggest results from Ian and Glen. The receptionists are also really lovely. These guys are honestly the biggest life savers. if you're having trouble with your back or any other health related problems, these guys are the BEST!!!

Excellent service. Chiropractor Ian has helped me with my pain & continues to make more progress. Glen acupuncturist has also made a real difference. First time I’ve had needles but wow what a difference.

As a retired chiropractor myself and having discovered Ian Wood I would never go to another chiropractor again. Honestly, he’s amazing. The best manipulator in New Zealand. Everyone should get treated so they can be the best they can be.

Good location - easy for those who live/work at CBD region. Staffs were very professionals. However, the price of the consultation is a bit more expensive than other chiropractic clinics.

One of the best specialists I've ever been to, Glenn always helps to release tensions in my back and neck - something i've been struggling with for a long time.

Advanced health group is the best! I have been seeing one of their chiropractors Mathias for a little over a year now. He has always been so friendly, helpful and knowledgable since I have been seeing him. I went to see Mathias with a really sore neck from holding a phone up to my ear for over a year and he has made my neck feel a million times better! The reception staff are amazing, they always remember you and have a great chat with you and make you feel like your a personal friend. Mathias also has an amazing memory for your personal details and provides a very personalised experience. I also suffer with insomnia and Mathias will regularly ask how my sleep is going, he also sends me interesting articles about insomnia that he reads and always asks about you and your partner or family. I would definitely recommend Mathias to all my friends and family!

Went here for treatment for my spine after a weight lifting injury. After experiencing chronic pain for quite a few months after 10 sessions I was almost good as new. Highly recommended.

Really efficient reception adminer that calls you to make bookings (although an online booking system would be even better). Kimberly is friendly, effective, and doesn’t mess around to fix you up!

I wasn’t a big believer in Chiro but after visiting I can say it made a significant difference - not just to my injury but to my overall posture and feeling.

The treatment is very good! But one of the receptionists was showing unhappiness when being asked about the price, which gives a feeling of not so welcoming.
